Overview:

Join our team as a Refrigeration Systems Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our refrigeration systems and related equipment. This position is integral to maintaining the safety and quality of our products while adhering to Tyson Foods' policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Record: Regularly monitor and record temperatures of hot box coolers to ensure optimal performance.

• Condensation Control: Efficiently control condensation to maintain system integrity and prevent issues.

• Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the spray chill system, including safety and showcase work orders in designated areas.

• Communication: Utilize effective communication skills to understand and execute instructions received via radio.

• Documentation: Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.

• Training and Compliance: Complete maintenance level training and adhere to grooming standards (clean-shaven).

• Shift Details: Enjoy a fixed shift with rotating days off, providing a balanced work-life schedule.Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
