About Typeface
We help the world’s biggest brands move from brief to fully personalized campaigns — in days, not months.
Founded by Abhay Parasnis and backed by Microsoft, GV, Salesforce, Lightspeed, Madrona and Menlo, we’re building category-defining technology at the intersection of creativity and AI with real impact. Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing.
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives to guide prospective customers through their evaluation of Typeface—helping them understand not only how our platform works, but why it transforms their content operations.
You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a creative technologist—translating marketing and brand challenges into powerful demonstrations and proofs of value that show how Typeface drives measurable impact across enterprise content workflows. This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and is open to candidates based anywhere in London.
How You’ll Make an Impact
-
Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and value-based presentations for enterprise opportunities.
-
Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concepts that connect creative needs with AI-driven solutions.
-
Architect workflows and integrations that align Typeface with customers’ creative, marketing, and technology ecosystems.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring customer insights and feedback into our product roadmap.
-
Build reusable assets, demo environments, and playbooks that enhance the overall pre-sales and customer experience.
-
Represent Typeface at industry events, customer workshops, and innovation sessions as a trusted advisor and brand advocate.
What You’ll Bring
-
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or creative production, ideally within a SaaS company, creative agency, or marketing technology organization.
-
Hands-on experience delivering creative services or digital campaigns in an agency or brand environment, with an understanding of creative workflows, feedback cycles, and brand consistency.
-
An understanding of AI technologies, APIs, and integrations, and an ability to communicate their value to both creative and technical stakeholders.
-
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—you can translate complex ideas into engaging, business-relevant narratives.
-
Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept, or creative pilots for enterprise clients.
-
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision.
-
Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, events, and internal collaboration sessions.
Base Salary
The range for this role is $169,000-$200,000 OTE. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
Benefits
-
Competitive compensation — including salary, equity, and 401(k)
-
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
-
HSA and FSA options to support your financial wellness
-
Flexible time off — including parental leave
-
Well-being programs — resources to support your mental and physical health
-
Daily lunch & snacks
-
Mentorship & impact — work closely with top AI leaders on products that ship
