Business Systems Analyst II - Dealer Experience

Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Data and Technology Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Business Systems Analyst II. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert driving enhancements for Credit Application and e Contracting products, ensuring seamless and innovative solutions. Reporting to the Technical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Dealer Experience Originations domain to deliver high-quality applications that align with Toyota’s corporate objectives.
What you’ll be doing

Imagine a typical day where you translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories that fuel product innovation and improve dealer experiences. Success means collaborating across teams to deliver impactful enhancements that elevate our credit application and e Contracting processes.

Own the subject matter expertise for Credit Application and e Contracting processing using Route One & defi Originations third-party software.

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria within Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and define requirements that drive meaningful product improvements.

Maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog by working closely with stakeholders.

Collaborate with diverse business groups, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to guide product enhancements through development and production support.

Participate actively in QA and change management activities to ensure the highest quality before product releases.

What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5 plus Years of Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile environments, contributing to successful project implementations.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and translate complex business needs.

Solid understanding of Agile concepts and tools such as sprint planning, user stories, and Jira.

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence across multiple departments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting concepts and recommendations clearly.

Added Bonus if you have • Experience in automotive loan origination processes.

Certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, ITIL, or Scrum Master that deepen your expertise and accelerate your impact.
