  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practices.

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect

  • Extensive expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, multi-region cloud data lake solutions, with a focus on streaming and event-driven logging using AWS services (e.g. VPC, Transit Gateway, various connectivity options, MSK, EC2, Lambda, Glue, S3, KMS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure architecture.

  • Expert level of experience with AWS container services such as EKS and ECS.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML solution architecture principles and frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with teams to design and maintain secure, scalable workflows for model development and deployment.

  • Keen interest in staying updated with and adopting emerging technologies.

  • Proficiency in defining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

  • Preferred programming expertise: Python, SQL, Server-less cloud programming (functions, lambdas, etc.).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams or projects.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Commitment to the organization’s vision statement and decision-making framework, understanding how team and personal goals contribute to the organization’s vision.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative work environment. While the primary schedule is standard business hours, the role requires flexibility to adjust working hours, including weekends and outside regular business hours, to support urgent cybersecurity incidents and collaborate with global affiliates.
