We are actively seeking passionate and highly motivated Cloud / DevOps Engineers to support the development, deployment, and reliability of cloud-native applications and infrastructure. We have several full-time openings that are designed as a career accelerator, fostering the next generation of leading technology talent.
Based on your skills and qualifications, you may be placed across any of our cloud engineering teams. This approach enables you to apply your technical expertise to a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to innovative solutions that propel our technology forward. What you'll be doing
-
Cross Team‑ Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and business leaders to translate requirements into software or infrastructure solutions.

Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in supporting AWS cloud environment used to develop, test, and deploy TFS products.
-
DevOps Tooling & Pipelines: Help define and support tools and pipelines that power the SDLC and improve productivity for engineering teams.
-
]Reliability Advocacy: Promote cloud service reliability principles and help ensure high availability and fault tolerance in production architectures.
-
]Coding & Reviews: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to help maintain code quality.
-
Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
-
Security Implementation: Help implement security controls and improve the security posture of cloud and network architectures.
-
Infrastructure as Code: Implement and enhance infrastructure using Terraform. Support infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools

Systems & Tooling: Work with AWS services, Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Python.

Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum team environment.

On‑Call Support: Participate in the cloud infrastructure on‑call rotation.

Technical Problem Solving: Take on technical tasks with ambiguity, identifying issues and contributing to creative solutions.

Best Practices Education: Assist in educating internal teams on DevOps practices across the software development lifecycle.

Stay Current on Technology: Keep up with cloud computing and infrastructure.
What you bring
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field that provides a strong technical foundation.
-
3+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering; Master's Degree in related field considered in lieu of experience.
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation tools that streamline software delivery.
-
Basic knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
-
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell to automate tasks.
-
Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Added bonus if you have

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field that deepens your expertise.
-
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, ECS, IAM, S3, Fargate, Lambda, and VPC.

Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog for monitoring and alerting.
-
Knowledge of security compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
-
Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
-
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
