Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry is looking for a Controller who wants more than a reporting role—you’ll be the** financial leader driving performance, discipline, and strategic growth** across our business.

This role sits at the executive table and partners directly with the EVP to influence critical decisions, from CAPEX and pricing to operational efficiency and long-term strategy.

What You’ll Own

• Full control of financial operations: close, reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility

• Financial strategy, modeling, and business cases that drive investment decisions

• Cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency across the business

• Internal controls, audits, and compliance in a global corporate environment

• Leadership of Finance & IT teams

• You’ve led through change—systems, structure, or performance turnaround

Background

• 7–10+ years in finance leadership roles (manufacturing or aerospace/defense preferred)

• Strong command of FP&A, reporting, and cost accounting

• Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing decisions

• CPA/MBA and experience are strong advantages

• Exposure to global organizations; French or another European language is a plus Why This Role
