About Duo Day:

Duo Day is a national initiative promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities by pairing them with companies for a full day of job shadowing. Activities

As a Duo Day participant, you will join one of our teams to discover their daily activities and the diversity of jobs within Total Energies Trading & Shipping. Depending on the team you join, your day may include:

• Observing daily workflows and team interactions
• Discovering our digital tools and operational processes
• Understanding how teams collaborate
• Participating in shadowing sessions, discussions, or practical demonstrations
• Learning about the energy trading environment and our global activities

Teams participating in Duo Day 2026 include:

HR, IT, General Services, Internal Communication, Trading Operations
