Total Energies Charging Solutions Belgium (TCSB) is a recent entity within a dedicated international business line responsible for developing and managing EV charging activities in Belgium. The EV charging market is fast-growing, highly competitive and driven by continuous innovation. With the rapid adoption of EVs, expectations regarding quality increase while maintaining a pioneering mindset. The Solutions team manages a broad portfolio covering public, workplace and home charging.

Activities

Would you like to have a tangible impact in a fast-growing sector at the crossroads of energy, e-mobility and technology? In this role, you will contribute to the design, deployment and optimization of high value-added solutions:

• Design and develop energy management solutions and new value models (flexibility, dynamic load management, smart charging, dynamic pricing, etc.)
• Identify, benchmark and select the most relevant tools
• Define, structure and drive the EMS & Smart Charging roadmap with stakeholders
• Actively support the commercial team during tenders
• Participate in pilot projects with public authorities, grid operators, clients and partners
• Contribute to product development, implementation and operational support
• Drive innovation initiatives and market analysis
• Participate in projects across the full value chain, from design to deployment

A role within Total Energies’ Belgian entity EV Charge (Total Energies Charging Solutions Belgium).

This role focuses on product development, implementation and supporting the subsidiary’s operations.

As EMS and Smart Charging Product Owner, you will help define and develop energy management and smart charging solutions for the electric vehicle market, drawing on competitive analysis and driving innovative initiatives within our product portfolio.

You will therefore be involved in a variety of projects covering the entire value chain, from the design to the implementation of solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in business engineering or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience
• Bilingual French-Dutch, English is an asset
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a corporate environment
