Activities
Join Eurovat & Wivat and become a key player in delivering expert VAT refund services to international clients in a dynamic and regulated environment.
Your activities:
- Manage customer accounts end‑to‑end, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing relationship management via email, phone, and digital channels.
- Maintain and customize customer accounts in ARTIC, ensuring data accuracy, document verification, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Advise and upsell Eurovat services, providing expert guidance on VAT refund processes and maximizing value for customers.
- Execute VAT refund operations, including document checks, claim submission, follow‑up, appeals handling, and support during tax authority audits.
- Coordinate financial follow‑up, ensuring accurate invoicing, refund transfers, and payments between customers, partners, and Eurovat.
- Maintain effective relationships with fiscal authorities, monitoring legal changes and new VAT legislation within the EU and neighboring countries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, by testing system changes, supporting new processes, and participating in team projects to streamline operations.
Candidate Profile
📚 Education: A‑level standard required; graduate level preferred.
⏳
Experience: Initial to solid professional experience required, with exposure to data‑driven, operational, or client‑facing roles.
🖥️ Technical skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, high level of autonomy and organization, solid IT proficiency, ideally with advanced MS Office tools; ability to process large volumes of data accurately while meeting strict deadlines.
👉Soft skills: Good communication and commercial awareness, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and willingness to support and train colleagues.
🌍Languages: Professional proficiency in Romanian, English, and French is required.
