As a communication officer, your main tasks will be as follows :

Event & Visit Organization (core mission)- Designing visitor and participant pathways

• Scheduling rooms, timings, and flows
• Coordinating internal speakers (scientists, safety teams, experts)
• Operational follow up in internal information systems
• Logistical coordination (PPE, access, signage, circulation)

Operational support for major site events

• End to end operational coordination (catering, furniture, audiovisual equipment)
• Briefing external providers (caterers, video/photo agencies, signage teams)
• Creating or adapting PowerPoint materials
• Pre and post event communication (Viva Engage, photos, written content)

Content production & management

• Creating and updating communication materials
• Content management for Viva Engage

Internal communication & daily coordination

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• MSc degree in Communication

Technical skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
• Excellent editorial capabilities: ability to simplify complex topics and strong storytelling skills
• Proven expertise in event organization, with a high level of rigor and operational coordination
• Creativity and ability to develop impactful content (PowerPoint presentations, visuals, videos)
• Knowledge and experience in video editing and infographic design
• Strong organizational skills, structured approach, and attention to detail

Computing skills:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (in particular PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Adobe creative suite

Languages:

• English: B2
• French: C1/C2
