We are looking for a professional to manage and develop our distributor network, leading the commercial strategy, strengthening long-term relationships, and driving business growth nationwide.
Key challenges:
- Management and loyalty development of distributors.
- Regular field visits and support to sales teams.
- Implementation of commercial best practices and use of tools such as DMS and Salesforce.
- Market analysis, definition of commercial strategies, and preparation of sales and marketing budgets.
Required profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in commercial or B2B sales roles.
- Knowledge of DMS, sales methodologies, and marketing.
- Advanced level of English and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and strategic mindset.
