As a Product Design Lead, you’ll take a holistic view, connecting product vision, user needs, and business goals while driving and initiating cross-company projects that shape the future of Torq’s product experience. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining problems, through research, ideation, and vision-setting, to validation and high-quality delivery. You’ll actively seek out ways to improve our products, processes, and team capabilities, ensuring we deliver solutions that are consistent, impactful, and loved by our users.

About the Role

• Initiate and lead high-impact, cross-company design projects that align with Torq’s strategic goals.

• Identify and propose new opportunities that improve our products, processes, and user experience.

• Partner with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and AI to define vision and priorities.

• Drive end-to-end product design from problem definition and research to ideation, prototyping, delivery, and iteration.

• Improve and evolve our product design processes to enable faster, higher-quality work.

• Ensure design consistency and excellence across products through the design system and shared standards.

• Measure the success of design solutions and iterate based on data and feedback.

• Foster a culture of initiative, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Your Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing digital SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity or other complex, data-rich domains.

• Proven track record of initiating and leading product design initiatives with significant business and user impact.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design execution, and cross-team influence.

• Skilled in user research methodologies and applying insights to product strategy.

• Ability to operate at multiple levels from setting vision to refining details.

• Experience in identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.

• Positive attitude, low ego, and a proactive approach to leadership.
