We are looking for an exceptional Senior AI Researcher to join our fast-growing company during a pivotal stage of market expansion. In this role, you'll lead groundbreaking research in SOC automation, develop industry-defining benchmarks, create innovative prototypes that transform into product features, and establish thought leadership through conferences and publications. What Will You Do?

• Lead research initiatives that redefine SOC automation capabilities, creating industry benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for AI in security operations

• Design and develop functional prototypes that demonstrate breakthrough concepts, transitioning research into product features with engineering teams

• Collaborate with security researchers, Product Marketing, and the Head of AI to analyze competitors and align research priorities with commercial objectives

• Present findings at premier conferences (Black Hat, RSA) and publish tools/content that advance security automation and establish thought leadership

• Mentor engineering teams on advanced AI techniques and their practical applications in security contexts

What Should You Bring to the Table?

• 5+ years working on AI/ML as a Data Scientist/Researcher/Software Engineer

• Experience in cybersecurity domain - a MUST

• Hands-on expertise in developing AI benchmarks, training models, and implementing modern context engineering techniques in production environments

• Proven track record of building and shipping technical solutions through open-source contributions, research prototypes, or commercial products

• Published research, conference presentations, or technical writing combined with strong ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for rapid prototyping and demonstration

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of translating research insights into commercial product features

• Previous experience presenting at major security or AI conferences.

• Understanding of the competitive landscape in AI-powered security solutions
