Job Description: Join the Growing Team at TJX Australia (TK Maxx)

As TJX Australia continues to grow, we are thrilled to welcome a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee our ACT and NSW South District.

With over 90 stores and a strong presence across the country, we are seeking a motivated professional ready to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the safety and security of our stores, customers, and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance audits and security reviews to ensure adherence to company standards.

• Implement action plans and monitor stock processes to reduce shrinkage and improve compliance.

• Analyze business reports and stock data to detect irregularities and prevent losses.

• Lead investigations into internal and external theft or policy violations, collaborating with law enforcement and security partners.

• Support new store openings and deliver ongoing Loss Prevention training to store teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or Auditing within a multi-site retail environment.

• Strong understanding of retail stock management, POS systems, and business intelligence tools.

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and solid financial acumen.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to travel interstate as needed.

• Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive results.
