Job Description: Für unseren Store in Hanau suchen wir ab sofort einen Teamleiter Verkauf (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 30 Std. pro Woche.

• Schichtleiterin / Gruppenleiterin / Abteilungsleiterin im Verkauf
• Schichtplanung und Aufgabenkoordination
• Motivation und Inspiration des Teams
• Überwachung des Warenbestands
• Kassiertätigkeiten
• Einhaltung von Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Dein Profil:

• Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie oder vergleichbar
• Erste Führungserfahrung
• Motivierende Persönlichkeit
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
• Freundlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit
