Outbound Transportation Coordinator at Marshalls Phoenix Distribution Center

Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates, completes and submits daily reports and billing. Submit required documentation to necessary business partners
• Daily communication with all stakeholders internal and external to Phoenix DC
• Data entry, document retention, and filing
• Serves as liaison between DC Operations, Store Operations, and the Home Office Transportation Department
• Forecast and schedule the delivery for direct ship stores and Cross-Dock destinations.
• Partnership with DC Operations to support the flow of equipment pools and escalate needs as deemed necessary
• Communicate with provider carriers on performance. Including problems or concerns related to the Phoenix DC
• Special projects as assigned or directed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of Management
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must be comfortable with creating and maintaining spreadsheet formulas/data with Excel
• Previous experience with yard and warehouse management systems preferred
• 6–12-month related experience (Distribution/Transportation preferred)
• Shipping & Receiving experience
• General warehouse associate, clerical experience or office clerk experience preferred
• At least 18 years of age

Base Pay rate:

Range: $20.50 – $23.35

Shift Options:

Fri-Mon| 4:30am-3:00pm

This position has a starting pay range of $20.50 to $23.35 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
