What is TK Maxx

TK Maxx is a department store. Here you will find everything you would expect from a department store: beauty products, clothes, shoes, toys and interior styling. In our department store, you make sure our customers are happy. For our shop management, this means that every day is different, because our deliveries are also different every day.

What you will be doing with us

As a sales assistant at TK Maxx you will join a close-knit team, almost like family.

There is a lot to learn, you won't get bored easily. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure the shop looks perfect.

Our stores changes constantly, every day we receive the most amazing items that you can give a nice spot in our department store.

Sometimes you are behind the cash register helping customers, other times you help them find their way around our department store. This way, you make sure our customers leave the shop feeling good.

What we are looking for in you

You are our department store's calling card: you are positive, enthusiastic and approachable. You radiate this to customers, who are just as diverse as your colleagues. It can be nice and busy at times; you keep a cool head. You ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

We pay the same starting salary for every sales employee, regardless of your age (we do not apply youth wages)
