Job Description:

Looking to grow your logistics career with a global retail leader? Join TJX Australia as our Transport Logistics Specialist – Outbound, where you’ll help keep stock moving smoothly from our Processing Centre to TK Maxx stores across the country.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll coordinate daily deliveries, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and play a big part in keeping our store network running at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily outbound deliveries

• Manager returns and offsite stock movements

• Track delivery performance and support continuous improvement

• Ensure safety and compliance across all transport activities

• Partner with internal teams and transport vendors to resolve issues quickly

What we’re looking for

• Experience in transport, freight or distribution coordination

• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

• Collaborative approach and effective communicator

• Takes pride in accuracy, ensuring even the small things are well done

We know great logistics talent comes from all kinds of backgrounds. You might have experience as a:

• Transport Dispatcher / Scheduler – managing routes, delivery runs, or tracking freight

• Transport Planner – coordinating delivery timelines and domestic freight

• Fleet Manager – overseeing vehicle logistics and transport operations

• Logistics Coordinator – working with domestic or international 3PL partners

• Supply Chain Specialist – supporting end‑to‑end supply chain processes

• Logistics Specialist – in either local or global environments
