POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a full function Accounts Payable service processing a large volume of invoices daily when needed
  • Provides back up to the vendor set up role
  • Preparing weekly payment runs for MP
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer relationships
  • Investigation of all supplier queries with responses to happen within 48 hours
  • Maintain an accurate filing system for audit purpose to ensure information can be accessed very easily in a timely manner
  • To be a key role model who encourages and inspires others to be the absolute best version of themselves whilst providing wide- range of training and support for new and existing associates
  • Support Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Payable Supervisor on any ad hoc projects when needed

Please note this is a 12 months FTCIDEAL EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

  • 8 years + Accounts Payable experience
  • Great planning and organizational skills to be able to multitask and prioritize your work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skill
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and Share point. Proven history of creating new spreadsheets and excel templates that streamline invoice processing is highly desirable.
  • Experience processing invoices using Oracle, More4Apps and Aptos is required
  • Confident team player with positive attitude
  • Takes initiative to discover and establish more efficient ways of working
