Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user impact and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, design, data science or similar majors.
  • Exposure to working on a consumer facing product
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and designing user experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience or projects in product management
  • Experience in developing products from inception to launch.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122,360 - $246,400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
