Product Manager Graduate (Ads Interface Platform) - 2027 Start

The Ads interface and Platform team is looking for a new member! You will be responsible for the Tik Tok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project lead in designing and optimizing advertising products, including new product design, experience optimization, data analysis, etc., with a focus on enhancing advertiser experience on the platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of advertiser optimization habits and advertising delivery mechanisms; analyze key factors that impact campaign performance; identify opportunities to improve budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness through data analysis and user research.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all phases—including product design, development, go-to-market (GTM), and requirements gathering—to improve system efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred;
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems;
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity;
• A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus
