About the role

The Client Partner role is directly responsible for segmenting the market, identifying prospects and industry trends, building relationships, and helping clients drive business results on Tik Tok through consultation, education, and support. The ideal candidate will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling, a passion for growing revenue, an outstanding ability to set strategic vision, and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities
  • Drive revenue for Tik Tok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within our Mid-Market team
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients within the Retail & e-commerce industry
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Update clients on Tik Tok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing within the Retail and e-commerce industry, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising. With expertise in performance marketing, including industry trends, measurement, attribution, and landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up and a strong enthusiasm for Tik Tok products and marketing.
  • Well-established relationships with key marketing decision-makers and agencies in the MENA region.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring messaging accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and thriving in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
  • High oral and written fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate directly with clients across the KSA region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers.

  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven ability to gain internal stakeholder support across product, marketing, and support teams while advocating for customers.
