As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Participate in business performance tracking via developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of business project strategy by conducting analysis to identify root causes for certain issues, then providing solutions or recommendations to the operation team.
• Opportunities to learn groundwork and execute category/platform campaigns.
• PMO - Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with a cross-function team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled as a University student.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.
• Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.
• Comfortable working with data.
