Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive analytics frameworks and product metrics to proactively track, attribute, and identify opportunities to improve products and the business.
Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and improve the workflows of internal teams.
Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive e-commerce business growth and optimize business and user product offerings.
Monitor key performance indicators and develop metrics framework to help measure cross-function team efforts in a quantitative way.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving or iterating product features.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize overall product adoption and performance-driven growth.
Provide recommendations for improvements to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tool Excel or Tableau;
Working with cross-functional teams to design and build self-serve data analysis solutions;
Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance;
Using SQL coding and database management systems to extract, transform, and analyze data from the platform and enterprise systems; and
Constructing advanced queries using SQL.
Travel Requirement: International and domestic travel required up to 20%.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $196914 - $220611 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
