Team Introduction

The Agency Team is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading media agencies across AUNZ. The team plays a critical role in driving Tik Tok's market presence by enabling best-in-class implementation of Tik Tok solutions at scale. Through close collaboration with senior stakeholders across agency holding groups and independent agencies, the team ensures that Tik Tok is embedded as a core part of the media mix. From education and enablement to innovation and strategic planning, the Agency Team acts as a trusted advisor—ensuring our agency partners are equipped to deliver impactful, insight-led results for their clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically minded Agency Solutions Manager to help scale our growing advertising business. This role is central to the Agency Team, working closely with cross-functional partners—including product, sales, marketing science, and strategy—to uncover data-driven insights, translate them into actionable strategies, and drive greater agency understanding and adoption of Tik Tok's advertising solutions. You will equip agencies to use the platform by consulting on how to leverage Tik Tok's proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers.

You will do this by leading education, training, and consultative efforts across the media planning and buying cycle. You will drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal Tik Tok teams. As advertising agencies and the digital landscape evolve, success in this role will require agility, analytical rigor, and the ability to simplify complexity into strategic recommendations that drive value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leveraging internal & external data to develop a growth strategy for key agency partners for use of Tik Tok's Advertising platform.
  • Develop relationships with social, activation, digital & performance teams, from in platform to leadership.
  • Educate agencies on Tik Tok's advertising solutions, ensuring deep understanding and effective implementation across their client portfolios.
  • Identify and overcome barriers to product adoption, customizing support based on agency needs and maturity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing Science) to deliver integrated, agency-specific solutions.
  • Capture and relay structured feedback from agencies to internal teams to help guide product development, adoption and innovation.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic updates to agency partners to track success and surface new opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to proactively support agency growth and innovation on Tik Tok.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience building new customer relationships, with deep understanding of advertising agencies
  • Understanding of the Australian Agency Landscape and ideally, relationships in this space
  • Proven experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development role at a digital media or advertising technology company.
  • Able to effectively and confidently communicate with senior agency and client contacts.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with media advertising agency decision-makers
