About the Team

Tik Tok Core Product team's goal is to provide the best user experiences to create, consume, and enjoy content on Tik Tok. As part of the Core Product team at Tik Tok, Account team focuses on improving reliability, scalability, and security of Tik Tok account structure. We are a group of product managers and product operation professionals who work on account initiatives, run the full stack from infrastructure to applications, and grow Tik Tok ecosystem accounts to a new level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams in Security Product, Global Security Organization, Privacy Organization, Risk Control Organization to define key metrics, SOPs, mechanisms of company security incident response;
• Drive operational excellence by capturing and analyzing user and team feedback, data from key metrics and other sources to inform and implement changes to incident response processes;
• Communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to security and product leadership with a framework for evaluating resolution options, as well as roles and responsibilities of partner teams.
• Develop educational tools and training to ensure alignment amongst partner teams for incident response programs as well as user education;
• Experience managing and/or creating programs for regular assessments of enforcement decision-making to improve operational excellence with measurable results that inform product decision-making;
• Define and manage operating budget and efficiency metrics for review programs related to user experience of security and integrity products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security and emergency response processes and program development;
• Familiar with business process management and requirement analysis;
• Have a deep understanding of account security, cybersecurity, information security or a relevant field in technology, security and digital identity security or a relevant field in technology, security and digital identity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations management and process optimization at a large technology company is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,000 - $202,667 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
