E-Commerce's Governance Platform is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality to drive improvement.

• Responsible for the frontend development of Governance solutions for Tik Tok Shop in the US.
• Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and etc
• Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent web technology skills, particularly with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
• Experience integrating with web services using JSON, XML and AJAX
• Experience with Node build systems
• Experience using asynchronous APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent
• Enthusiastic about quality, design, and user experience
• Great to have large-scale website architecture experience

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $177688 - $341734 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
