About the role
About the team:
The Tik Tok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. Our partnership team works with external partners and service providers to support compliant, efficient growth across EMEA markets.
As a Partnership Intern, you will support partner operations, including financial settlement, product requirements, and process optimization, to enhance partner and merchant experience through structured, data-driven improvements.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. - Responsibilities:
- Support partner financial settlement, including reconciliation, invoice preparation, payment tracking and handling of exceptions or discrepancies.
- Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to Tik Tok Shop, without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs.
- Support Product Managers on Partner Center requirements by collecting partner feedback, clarifying use cases, shaping requirement inputs, and driving alignment through review, rollout, and post-launch validation to improve partner and merchant experience.
- Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting commercial discussions: prepare materials, consolidate meeting notes, compare key terms and follow up on internal approvals and contract execution.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above,

Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience over-seeing strategic projects, driving forward cross-team collaboration and influencing decision making through data with actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrable experience working in one or more of the following; Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategies, Commercial Analysis.
