About the Team:

Our Trust & Safety team is dedicated to protecting our online community. We combine human expertise and machine-based moderation to identify and remove harmful content quickly-often before it reaches users.

Within this, our Safety Labeling Operations team focuses on reviewing and labeling sensitive content, which may include violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or child endangerment. The team plays a vital role in auditing content, identifying errors, and ensuring accuracy, all of which strengthen our overall moderation efforts.

Content that Safety Labeling Quality Assurance interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

• Review content on short-video platforms, applying the most appropriate labels in line with policies to optimize models.
• Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines with accuracy.
• Use daily data analysis to identify workflow improvements and suggest solutions.
• Provide timely, detailed feedback to team leaders.
• Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• In this role, you'll be reviewing sensitive content on short-video platforms and providing timely, detailed feedback to leadership on policy application and workflow improvements. This clear communication is necessary to ensure the accurate and consistent application of complex policies to content. High levels of written and oral fluency in Korean and English are required for this role, including an ability to interpret policy guidelines and to use industry-specific terminology accurately.
• Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, especially those related to online content review.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.

• Passion for internet entertainment, media, short-form video, and pop culture.
