Responsibilities:

Global E-Commerce Supply Chain and Logistics-Fulfill by Tik Tok and Global Selling Product team strives to build and offer product solutions for different business lines and multiple types of seller in warehouse/transportation/delivery of L2L & cross- border.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Latin America cross-border e-commerce logistics fulfillment business to deeply understand business planning and phase-based needs.
• Build end-to-end supply chain and logistics product solutions, collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive implementation, and continuously support the achievement of business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of overseas markets and business stages. Work closely with business teams and external partners to continuously innovate business models and logistics solutions, enhancing logistics capabilities to improve user conversion and merchant logistics experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics solution design, product operations, or related roles.
• Strong familiarity with cross-border logistics and overseas markets, with solid business acumen.
• Strong data and business analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and develop effective, actionable solutions.
• High level of ownership, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced working environment.
