Responsibilities:

Conduct deep analyses into user behavior, product features and content ecosystem to generate data-driven business insights, improve user experience and support the company's growth initiatives.
Analyze large and complex data to discover trends and patterns in data through probability and statistical analysis and automate collection processes.
Drive data-informed decisions on experiment launches and measure the impact of product or technical changes.
Validate hypotheses, identify product growth opportunities, and influence direction for improvement with analyses, experimentation or other scientific methods.
Define and monitor metrics framework to evaluate the performance of products and initiatives and understand root cause of metrics movements.
Present information to internal stakeholders using data visualization techniques to deliver product insights and strategy recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and domain experts, to optimize overall project goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Using SQL queries to analyze large and complex datasets, addressing technical and statistical problems to drive business impact;
Conducting exploratory and predictive analysis using Python, R, and/or Scala;
Designing A/B tests, conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting A/B test results to provide insights for product features;
Cleaning and processing data using relational databases and/or Hadoop Systems; and
Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tools Excel and Tableau.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $174304 - $240000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
