Responsibilities

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize Tik Tok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators.

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
• Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream quality
• Provide account support to solve creators problems, refine their content performance and reputation
• Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content
• Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance
• Establish policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitor and provide sufficient feedback for LIVE features

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 2 years of working experience in talents/influencer management
• Experiences in sales or gaming is preferred
• C2 Level written and spoken ability in Polish to communicate and build deep relationship with Polish speaking creators
• Bachelor's degree or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications, heavy user on Tik Tok LIVE is preferred
• Work collaboratively and commitment to the team
• Professional, patient and skillful communication
• Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and capacity for pressure
