You'll help ensure consistent, high-quality policy creation and enforcement for the unique challenges of monetized livestream content and serve as a key partner in policy development which supports emerging business priorities.

- Drive cross-functional alignment between Trust & Safety Policy and LIVE governance teams to ensure policies are defensible, principled, and consistently applied.
- Assess and respond to emerging policy and enforcement needs through structured reviews and actionable recommendations of monetized content.
- Strengthen governance of agency partners through enhanced controls, oversight, and policy enablement.
- Provide expert guidance and support during high-risk escalations of monetized content.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on or with LIVE streaming products or content moderation systems.

- Experience in policy implementation or enforcement at a technology platform.
- Strong project management skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving policy areas.
