About the team
Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing the Client Incentive Platform, ensuring systematic policy formulation, execution, and performance tracking. We cover enterprise customers across the entire platform, handling short-term and long-term incentives in various business scenarios, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all issued rebates and rewards.

Tiktok periodically offers incentives to accelerate the adoption of and investment in Tiktok 's advertising products, and to help partners build new capabilities to serve their customers. These incentives are offered to participating advertisers and advertising agencies where qualified.

Incentives to advertiser and agency participants may include:

  • cash payments
  • discounts on standard pricing
  • Coupons or ad credit used for free impressions/clicks
  • access to special inventory

Tik Tok has built a comprehensive in-house incentive system to drive this effort. Covering the entire lifecycle of client incentives from strategic policy planning and program rollouts to client signup, incentive distribution, and effect analysis, this system empowers Tik Tok to gain deep insights into regional advertisement markets, advertiser and agency sales strategies, and facilitates strategic collaboration between our strategy teams and global clients.
