Creator Management Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team to outreach and onboard potential creators.
• Identify the key factors for improving performance and offer guidance to creators.
• Design and establish a community for potential creators, including a support system.
• Monitor and communicate with potential creators daily to ensure positive engagement. Encourage creators to actively participate in the creator's mission and platform campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to apply more resources and uplift affiliate performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate student

• Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as Tik Tok, Whats App, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Good written & verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.

• Comfortable working with data.
