Global Agency Acquisition Project Intern (Scaled Growth) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the Team:

Tik Tok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on Tik Tok.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date in 2026 Summer/Fall. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

Responsibilities:

• Support BD team to identify and follow up the key blockers in agency's onboarding process
• Summarize and categorize the key challenges and work with XFN partners to build solution SOP
• Provide weekly issue tracker and share insights of business/product challenges
• Work with XFN partners to develop scalable product solutions

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to solve complex issues with XFN support and categorize solutions
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to commit to working for 6 months and work onsite 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Data capability, or able to leverage AI to address preliminary data requests
