Team Introduction:
The TPM team is part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology organization here at Tik Tok.
As a TPM intern for Tik Tok Monetization team, you will be challenged to undertake complex and multi-disciplinary projects driving the team to enhance the business and bring order to ambiguity. You will be responsible for strategic cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution and communication with key stakeholders. Meanwhile, you will learn and grow in a fast paced environment alongside talented teammates on Tik Tok Monetization team.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at Tik Tok.

Internships at Tik Tok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Tik Tok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes to ensure project efficiency and high quality.
• Follow up on project plans and progress and timely report project progress.
• Assist in making project management plans and decisions and maintain and track related project documents.
• Collaborate with team members to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise during the project and propose solutions.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of change management processes and tools to ensure the sustainability of project management.
• Support data research to form comprehensive insights and analysis of business impact.
• Complete other tasks related to project management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Have certain IT knowledge and skills, familiar with project management processes and related tools.
• Excellent teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills.
• Able to commit to 10-24 weeks during Early 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have good learning ability and self-driving ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments and new problems.
• Able to withstand work pressure, with good professional ethics and team spirit.
