About the Team:

Our Tik Tok E-commerce Talent Acquisition team supports hiring needs for Tik Tok Shop across APAC. We are a diverse group of business partners with a passion for delivering great candidate experiences whilst hiring key talent that enables the business to achieve their goals.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
• Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating Tik Tok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.

• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

• Preferred Qualification

• At least two years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
