The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at Tik Tok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

• Content that Sampling Quality Assurance
• Mandarin Speaker interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily Quality tasks for audit purposes;
2. Conduct thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality;
3. Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps;
4. Cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure moderation quality is up to standard;
5. Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
2. Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst;
3. You are a fast learner, good communicator and proficient in English and Mandarin since the role will oversee China market

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling will be an added advantage;
2. Strong attention to details and ability to work independently;
3. Possesses good interpersonal skills.
