As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct localization reviews (Japanese ↔ English) for new product feature GTMs, governance policy GTMs, Seller Center violation messages, and existing Academy articles.
• Manage various seller whitelists, including whitelist operations, documentation, and related communications.
• Track and support the resolution of key issues faced by priority sellers and creators, coordinating with cross-functional (XFN) teams to address pain points and drive solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student.

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.

• Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.

• High Fluency in Japanese and English (read and write) is preferred due to cross-functional.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.

• Comfortable working with data.
