About the Team

As the Pre-Purchase Team, our mission is to provide our customers with an efficient ordering experience in Tik Tok. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of Pre-Purchase experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the product requirements work for e-commerce LIVE, videos, and showcase, and follow up on the entire process from product requirements design to launch. This includes demand directions such as traffic acquisition and transaction efficiency improvement (product click through rate, product turnover rate, order unit price, etc.).
  • Through Data Analysis, understanding, and user research, problems can be identified and product solutions can be proposed
  • Promote efficient collaboration among the involved parties in the project to ensure high-quality implementation of requirements, including R&D, design, QA, operations, XFN products, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Recently or currently enrolled in a MBA program with a graduation date between December 2025-December of 2026
  • Has strong project management capabilities, and can collaborate with technology, operations, design, etc. to smoothly advance XFN cooperation projects to ensure timely completion
  • Data drive, strong logical thinking, with data analysis capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience in C-end products related to LIVE/video/showcase preferred, and those with internship experience in large e-commerce platforms preferred

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141,588 - $234,080 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
