Tik Tok's Content and Services Ads team is part of the Tik Tok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building lead generation solutions that enable businesses to create seamless interactions with their customers while ensuring our community feels comfortable and safe on the platform. This team aims to provide intuitive, simplified solutions that grow advertiser activation, retention and ARPA via enhanced delivery experience, performance and higher ROI.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build highly scalable AI products that determine what ads billions of Tik Tok users see and engage with. You will be responsible for helping 'millions' of advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators, and community through an industry-leading recommendation system.
- Responsible for providing AI products for Tik Tok For Business customers, undertaking corresponding product planning and specific product design work
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements, prioritize modules, and deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business goals
- Develop in-depth understanding of the international advertising ecosystem and advertisers' needs, and develop innovative advertising products based on AI generation through industry understanding
- Collaborate closely with design and R&D teams to deliver high quality products that meet user needs and exceed business goals
- Collaborate closely with business development team and sales team to drive advertisers' adoption of new products and features, and explore and drive new business revenue growth
- Continuously track and analyze key product metrics to provide insights and iteration basis for product decisions through data-driven analysis
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, drive business innovation, and continuously maintain the competitiveness of internationalized products in the advertising field
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in marketing, advertising or creative related products and tools direction and experience working on AI products
- Deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media buying and ad optimization
- Strong AI technology and application ability in the field of advertising
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to influence product design and continuous iteration
- Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to work efficiently with R&D, design, data science and business development teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,120 - $311,600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
