iOS Software Engineer, Monetization Client - Ads Core Technology, Demonstration

The Monetization client team is responsible for delivering innovative ads products on Tik Tok, including content ads, new ads formats, vertical solutions, creator monetization business account, ads experiences etc.

Working closely with product team, our mission is to build the window letting advertisers promote their products on Tik Tok, and to build the bridge that can deeply connects advertisers and Tik Tok users. Therefore, besides supporting the innovative features on monetization, ensuring the user experience in Tik Tok is also our priority.

We are looking for passionate iOS software engineers to join us and to develop ad products on Tik Tok iOS App, including content ads, ads format, vertical solutions, etc. Ensure stability and optimize the performance of ad products. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with our backend/frontend and product team to develop and ship new, innovative ad features on Tik Tok App.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create a world-class mobile experience.
• Optimize mobile applications on iOS platforms.
• Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high-quality work in a rapid environment.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience
• 1+ years of experience in native iOS development
• Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C
• Ability to understand and debug large and complex codebases
• Good team communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion and experience building ad products or consumer-facing products
• Demonstrated ability to optimize client-side performance and elevate user experience through technical innovation
