The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading internet companies. Our Quality Assurance engineering team is responsible for keeping an e-commerce ecosystem secure and intuitive for our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at Tik Tok.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the construction of the Tik Tok Shop quality assurance system and the construction of the Singapore QA team.
• Project Delivery and Management: Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement test plans and strategies, identify and mitigate risks, standardize project processes, and manage and review defects.
• Hands-On Involvement: Have a deep understanding of business logic and system architecture. Actively participate in test execution for various projects, mastering testing processes, testing techniques, and tools. Provide guidance to new team members for a quick ramp-up.
• Quality Risk Identification: Identify critical quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks. Research and implement effective solutions to enhance system quality.
• Team Building: Recruit team members, set team goals, and coach team members. Document and share best practices and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish efficient and trusting relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

• 2+ years managing or leading QA projects on Internet products.

• 5+ years experience in testing and development of Internet companies.

• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Go, with good technical judgment.

• Experienced in quality assurance methodology and have a deep understanding of CI/CD, quality standards, server-side/UI automation testing, server-side performance testing, app stability testing, and experience in at least 2 or 3 aspects.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent project quality management experience, in-depth research and practice of testing technology, strong technical judgment.
