Responsibilities:

The Tik Tok Client Architecture team is dedicated to supporting the R&D efforts of Tik Tok's business and building industry-leading products. By joining us, you'll engage with core business scenarios such as user growth, social networking, LIVE, e-commerce (C-end), content creation, and content consumption-contributing to the rapid global expansion of our products. You'll also tackle technical challenges related to service architecture, foundational technologies, and more-ensuring our services continue to deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure experiences to users. Additionally, you'll help provide comprehensive technical solutions across different business scenarios, optimizing product metrics and user experience.

Job Description:

1.Development of the R&D management platform by providing foundational services such as resource allocation, event tracking and analysis, experiment configuration, network routing, storage, localization, and AI support for all Tik Tok Client R&D teams.
2.Design, implement, and maintain core services, including Feature Management and Strategy Management systems.
3.Continuously improve existing services by analyzing bottlenecks, addressing weaknesses, and enhancing performance and stability.
4.Deliver scenario-based services for developers and managers across various Tik Tok business lines to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

1. Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. Passionate about computer science and internet technologies, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Java, or Python.
3. Strong foundation in core computer science principles, including computer networks, databases, data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Highly motivated to learn and grow, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2. Familiarity with Android, iOS, backend development, or other R&D technologies is a plus.
