As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Malaysia Tik Tok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy's Shop Tab User Operations function involved in user awareness building, traffic growth, user conversion operations, and Shop Tab resources management.

• Daily review in-app resources and ensure post-setup interface functioning as expected
• Collaborate with cross-function team to maximize resources utilization & correct setup through clear communications
• Execute channel operations such as campaign product setup, budget utilization monitoring and post-campaign product analysis
• Analyze in-app channel and resources effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve users' journey, and generate actionable insights
• Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
• Good to have: Data analysis / automation using SQL

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Data analytics skills Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table, etc
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effective communications
• Grounded with step-by-step executional approach, detail-oriented
• Able to commit minimum 4 months internship period

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate about e-commerce operations
• Hard worker and self-motivated
• SQL familiarity is strongly preferred
