In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Brand Merchant Recruitment and Expansion: Conduct business development (BD) targeting top Korean beauty brand merchants, guide brands and agents to onboard in Vietnam, be responsible for market research and merchant analysis, provide timely feedback and suggestions, and formulate and implement category plans.
  • Experienced in merchant BD, able to provide support for merchant solutions and coordinate internal resources in response to industry pain points.
  • Conduct pre-incubation and operation for merchants to ensure that the growth rate of merchant GMV meets expectations; at the same time, provide corresponding data support and analysis suggestions for the pre-onboarding preparation work of merchants.
  • Have basic event planning capabilities, understand industry event trends, regularly organize brand exchange summits, etc., to achieve referral of merchant resources.
  • Be responsible for the operation of Korean merchants in the fast-moving consumer goods sector in Vietnam, build a healthy merchant product ecosystem, expand the breadth and depth of the merchant and product ecosystem, efficiently identify high-quality supply to drive business growth, and be accountable for the growth of industry GMV.
  • Understanding of Content-based E-commerce, be able to explore and implement effective methods to improve the efficiency of e-commerce content, including but not limited to conceiving content production ideas, identifying and managing content distribution channels, coordinating marketing event resources, and actively seeking cooperation with creators, MCN agencies, third-party platforms (TAP), etc., to enhance product performance and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or merchant acquisition.
  • Have strong market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, be able to grasp and guide the overall marketing of merchants.
  • Have strong Data Analysis capabilities, be able to analyze and summarize industry trends and project management based on data.
  • Have strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, possess good teamwork spirit and excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, and be strongly results-oriented.
  • Fluent communication in English and Korean to collaborate with the targeted overseas brands and merchants that are Korean-speaking
