As part of this, we're currently looking for an Intern who will work closely with the Tik Tok LIVE MENA and Turkey team based in Dubai. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026.Responsibilities :

• Drive strategy and product operations for Tik Tok LIVE in the MENAT region, leveraging data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth targets.
• Map out interaction flow between users and creators on the platform, identify opportunities for experience improvement, and work closely with the product team to enhance LIVE content engagement and monetization.
• Analyze user behavior and consumption motivations, break down live stream content elements, and develop actionable strategies to improve live stream quality. Create standout showcases for various categories through content refinement, equipment upgrades, and scale them using agencies, in-house operations, events, and educational initiatives.
• Optimize governance processes to improve the handling of creator violations while enhancing the overall governance experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Expertise in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of content trends, combined with strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Experience in international live streaming operations is preferred. Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. This role is based in Dubai.
