The Tik Tok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via Tik Tok. The team is responsible for building the Tik Tok E-commerce partnership for the Tik Tok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe Tik Tok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creator education strategy for Tik Tok Shop, including the design and production of educational content (videos, guides, tutorials) aimed at improving content quality and platform knowledge.
- Set up, write, and execute creator communications across channels such as Push, Inbox, Whats App, and Email, including copywriting, message setup, and campaign deployment, ensuring proper segmentation, clarity, and performance focus (CTR, OR).
- Own the management and day-to-day operations of Whats App creator communities, including content sharing, moderation, follow-ups, and coordination around key initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with content agencies to coordinate deliverables, review scripts, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with marketing and performance objectives.
- Support the execution and follow-up of key Tik Tok Shop campaigns (e.g., competitions, missions, and special initiatives), ensuring educational and communication materials are correctly implemented across channels.
- Research and analyze creator education and marketing strategies from other markets to propose improvements and adaptations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related major.
- Strong interest in digital content, creator marketing, Tik Tok, and the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Solid communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience or strong interest in content production (video, scripting, copywriting), ideally with familiarity with Tik Tok-style content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Tik Tok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
