About the team
Ad Platform within Global Monetization is the team responsible for Advertiser experience, and delivers our flagship products, Tik Tok Ad Manager and Tik Tok Business Center.
Organic Tool Team:
This team is under Ad platform. We empower businesses with tools, insights, and dedicated account support to help them scale efficiently. Through smarter account solutions, we drive sustainable business growth and enable teams to operate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Product development in Ads Business Account, continuously improving ad solutions to provide better customer ROI and satisfaction
- Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Define key metrics to evaluate business outcomes and progress
- Work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, UX, data analysts, product marketing managers and other cross-functional partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts
- Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality
- Track and analyze key product metrics to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements to the ads platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product cycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization (in addition to total years of experience).
- Experience building and launching ad interfaces or platform products.
- Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, including ad creation, optimization, and bidding.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
Preferred Qualifications:

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
